I was currently looking at PSCO1 CockpitMod for X3: Terran Conflict and Albion Prelude (it is compatible with both, right?), and then it had a separate download for one if you use XTended for X3 Reunion. I want to know, which has the best content as in story, weapons, ships, and which has the best mods. I have stumbled across a couple of war missions in X3:Albion Prelude and have been sadly unimpressed: 'deliver this radioactive waste, it's critical to the war effort' I see that war missions only appear in the red 'war' sectors but I can't seem to find a theme or story behind the war other than the Albion missions.
So, before I progressed any further, I decided to return to SteamGifts and ask you guys, which one is your favorite, and why so? Which one would be the easiest one to just pick up having never played an X game (but has played Freelancer and X-Wing/Tie Fighter games)? As you may know, Humble Bundle had their Humble Weekly Bundle Egosoft a few days ago, and I tried to get started with X3 Albion Prelude since it was the latest, but I really haven't done anything in it yet.
